Bleddyn Bowen

South Wales Police, Swansea, Wales and Barbarians.

Bleddyn won his first Welsh cap against Romania in 1983, while playing for South Wales Police and played 24 times for Wales. His final appearance was against Ireland at Cardiff in 1989. He scored 37 points for Wales and captained them in 6 internationals, leading Wales to the Triple Crown in 1988. He was chosen as captain for the subsequent summer tour of New Zealand in 1988 but a broken wrist ended his trip.

Robert Jones M.B.E. 

Swansea, Bristol, Cardiff, Barbarians, Wales B, Wales and British & Irish Lions (1989, 1993).

Robert made his debut as a schoolboy for Swansea in 1983 and played 286 games for Swansea from 1983 to 2002, scoring 50 tries and captaining the team in 1989/90 and 1990/91. He won the first of 54 Welsh caps when selected to play against England on 18th January 1986, lining up alongside fellow Trebanos product Bleddyn Bowen in the team that day. He scored four tries for Wales and captained Wales on five occasions. He toured Australia with the British Lions in 1989, where he started all three test matches, and New Zealand in 1993.

Arwel Thomas 

Neath, Swansea, Bristol, Pau, Scarlets, Wales A, Wales.

Arwel signed for Neath while still playing for Trebanos Youth. After a season at the Gnoll, playing outside fellow Trebanos product, scrum half Rhodri Jones, he moved to Bristol, leaving in 1996 to join Swansea whom he represented on 151 occasions, scoring 1,963 points. He is the club's 3rd most prolific points scorer. He ended his playing career back at Neath and remains the club's top points scorer. Arwel won his first Welsh cap when selected to play against Italy on 16th January 1996. He represented Wales 23 times & scored 211 points (11 tries, 32 pens, 30 conversions)

Justin Tipuric

Ospreys, Wales U20, Wales, British & Irish Lions

Justin made his international debut for Wales against Argentina on the 20th August 2011 and has currently (January 2017) represented Wales on 46 occasions, scoring 4 tries. He represented Wales U20s 18 times, scoring 8 tries and captained the side at the 2009 World Cup. He has currently made 134 appearances for the Ospreys and scored 105 points (21 tries), captaining the region on a number of occasions. In 2013, Justin became Trebanos' second Lion when he was selected to tour Australia with the British & Irish Lions where he played 6 times, including an appearance as a replacement during the final (3rd) Test.
